Characteristics
It is a powdered acidulant formulation of glacial acetic acid and sodium acetate. The product has a bacteriostatic effect. Two options are available: 32% and 42% acetic acid.
It is a white powder and the aqueous solution is acidic (pH approximately 5).
Application
It is used as an acidulant and shelf-life enhancer in powdered seasonings such as powdered sauce for fried noodles, and in prepared foods.
